Only materials that reach 9H hardness and 90%+ light transmittance can enter formal production, which lays a foundation for overall product quality.
Finished Product Multi-Stage Online TestingEach finished digitizer will undergo four core tests: full-screen touch sensitivity test (no dead touch area), edge adhesion durability test (no warping after long-term pressing), anti-drop and anti-collision test, and static anti-interference test. All unqualified products will be eliminated directly.
Sampling Inspection for Bulk Wholesale OrdersFor each batch of wholesale orders, we will conduct random sampling re-inspection before delivery and attach a quality test report. We share simple on-site inspection methods for buyers: test touch response with multi-point operation and check for bubbles or warping on the lamination surface.
